Since the 13thFive-year Plan,China has entered the new development period in vocational education,determined the type and status of vocational education and shaped the modern vocational education system with transverse integration and lengthways connection.The development of higher vocational education has entered the high-quality development stage of improving quality and efficiency,training the excellent,adding value and increasing energy,which provides strong technical talent support for the economic development and industrial upgrading in China.Despite the long-term exploration and reform of Chinese vocational education at the theoretical and practical levels and great achievements obtained,there are some problems and dilemmas currently.During the process of talent cultivation,a two-way dilemma between the talent cultivation in colleges and the post demands of enterprises is faced by higher vocational education due to the lack of ability-oriented cultivation in a real sense.At the level of colleges,students cultivated by current higher vocational colleges fail to meet the demands of enterprises,and graduates can be competent for a job only after receiving long-term trainings provided by enterprises,which results in lowered employment availability;at the level of enterprises,enterprises fail to find the talents meeting the post requirements,which causes no urgently needed talents available.This two-way dilemma greatly depends on the course system construction in higher vocational colleges,one of the most key problems in the cultivation of vocational talents.Therefore,starting from the course system construction,one of the problems in the cultivation of vocational talents,this paper sorts out and analyzes the concepts,development course,development situation and problems in the course system of higher vocational colleges through the researches on literature and related data;secondly,guided by the theory of CBE ability,this paper analyzes the relationship between the course system of higher vocational colleges and post abilities and constructs the matching and analysis paths for the course system and post abilities.Thirdly,taking the major of Rail Transit Vehicle Technology in a college as a case,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems in the matching and connection among training objective,course setting,course content and course implementation and proposes related suggestions based on matching and analysis paths for the course system and post abilities and through reviewing literature and making questionnaire survey.Fifthly,through literature research and survey data,this paper puts forward the paths and strategies to optimize the course system of higher vocational colleges,constructs the course system integrating“post,course and license”,strengthens the construction of course resources,deepens and widens the university-enterprise cooperation and adopts the reform of project and course teaching.
