The Comparative Study Of Defensive Ability Of Our Guards Between 15^th World Championship And 29^th Olympic Games

With the continuous development of basketball,the teams gradually started to attach importance to "Balance". Chinese men's basketball team did not get a good grade at the last two world large-scale competitions, the real reason is the capacity of inside players and outside players are not equal. Especially the defensive ability of outside players is the important bottleneck which impede the Chinese men's basketball team's strength enhance. However, the defensive ability of Chinese guards had significantly improve in the 29th Olympic Games. In this paper, the defense technology statistical indicators of Chinese guards in 15th World Championship and 29th Olympic Games would be the main object of study. This article adopts the method of literature research method, video observation method, expert interview method, mathematics statistics method, questionnaire method, etc.Comparative analysis the defense performance of Chinese guards in the 15th World Championship and 29th Olympic Games. Summarized the Chinese guards'success and disadvantage in defensive training in the recently two years.Has provided the reference for the Chinese men's basketball team on future training and competition. The findings showed:1,Compares with the world strong team, the Chinese men's basketball team guards are slightly less, and no guards has the capacity of other role. On physical fitness,Chinese guards have no disadvantage on height,but have a wide gap on power contrast.Moreover , the average age of Chinese guards is only 23.6 years old, lack of experience obviously in the games.2,At the skill aspects of personal defense:Sum up ,the defense enthusiasm of Chinese guards had improved and increased the number of overall defense;it was more difficult to break away the defense and breakthrough depend on the personal ability for opponent and the effect of breakthrough decreased significantly;biography at the ball when opponents stepped up the "people" defensive pressure on opponents pass and catching errors increase;it had a larger improve of 3-point defense and had the ability of block;the ability of control defensive rebound had improved;but the Chinese men's basketball team guards still had the following several problems in the defensive technology aspect:The defense movement is not standard, it still had too many unnecessary fouls; the defensive scope is too small, lacks the Judges ability in advance,snatches the stealing number of times not to be many directly; two point shoot defense become undisciplined; the attack rebound fights are not positively, didn't have the realization of Seals off the first time to pass a ball, causes the number of quick attacking are too many.3,In defense tactical aspect:The Chinese men's basketball team guards half-court zone defense ability progress is obvious, the rate of match attack success ratio decline obviously; participation quick attacks the defensive enthusiasm to increase;and the number of supplement defends and converging attack defense enhances obviously;but in half-court man-to-man defense time the match success ratio was still too high;the success ratio of supplement defends and Converging attack defense are not to be high ; couldn't organization the effective defense in the first time, and the speed of returns the defense is too slow; the problems such as the teammate does not coordinate the tacit understanding were still haven't Solved.
