Core self-evaluation is the most basic assessment of oneself. It is composed by 4 traits-self-esteem, generalized self-efficacy, locus of control, and emotional stability . It is a more broad personal traits.The study on core self-evaluation is underway in our country at present, and almost the object of these research in which is enterprise staff, the group of middle school teachers has not been reported before. The study on core self-evaluation and the relationship between it and job satisfaction will be helpful to further velidate the applicability of core self-evaluation to the various working group in China, to extend the research scope of it and further enrich the theoretical research in this field. In addition, the present thesises about the relationship between achievement motivation and working attitude, about the mechanism of achievement motivation in core self-evaluation with job satisfaction are still rare.In order to investigate the status of middle school teachers' core self-evaluation and the relationship among core self-evaluation, achievement motivation, job satisfaction in Hebei Province. a sample of 652 middle school teachers from Shijiazhuang, Xingtai, Handan and other cities in Hebei Province was taken, influencing factors of demographic variables for middle school teachers' core self-evaluation were researched in this study, and the relationships among the core-self evaluation, achievement motivation and the job satisfaction were discussed , the mechanism of effection in these variables were found . The results show that:1. The core self-evaluation of middle school teachers in Hebei Province is on upper-middle level, and job satisfaction is situated at the upper level; the score of achievement motivation is positive number, and thereinto the motivation to succeed is greater than the motivation to avoid failure.2. Main effects of middle school teachers' core self-evaluation in terms of age and whether she or he is a headteacher or not were significant in Hebei Province, and there was a significant interaction effect between sex and age, between school type and whether she or he is a headteacher or not.3. There was a significant positive correlation among core self-evaluation, achievement motivation and job satisfaction.4. Core self-evaluation can predict job satisfaction, so did the achievement motivation. Thereinto, the motivation to success plays the role of positive forecast for job satisfaction and the motivation to avoid failure is contrary. 5. Core self-evaluation can mediate the job satisfaction through the achievement motivation partially.
