With the development of the society, Secondary school teachers’work satisfaction was accepted much attention. It is not only an important metric to teachers’mental health, but also it will indirectly affect the mental health of students.In order to investigate the basic situation of Secondary school teachers’work satisfaction, and the relationship among core self-relationship, social supports, and work satisfaction. The sample in this study is composed of some Secondary school teachers, who are respectively from Sichuan province. Tianjin and Guizhou province. The number of this sample is three hundred two. We discuss the differences of gender, grade, and other demographic variables on Secondary school teachers’core self-evaluation, social supports and work satisfaction. Also, we investigate the function mechanism of core self-evaluation, social supports to work satisfaction.The results are as follows,(1) The core self-evaluation of Secondary school teachers is in the middle level.(2) Female secondary school teachers are significantly higher than male teachers on social support, family support, friend support. And urban secondary school teachers are significantly higher than the rural middle school teachers on family support.(3) Secondary school teachers’work satisfaction is in the middle level. There are significant differences in gender and school type. And there are no significant differences in the rest of demographic variables.(4) There are significant relationships among Secondary school teachers’core self-evaluation, social supports and work satisfaction. Social supports play a part of the intermediary role of core self-evaluation and teachers’work satisfaction.
