School is a group of places,it has all sorts of social relations between the community,correspondingly,it also has all sorts of"ceremony".In the long term practice,School conventional activity ceremony has been affected by their own efforts, external influences,the history accumulate diligently to form gradually,which condenses the idea,the system,the management,the behavior,the school spirit has in the school,to teach the wind,the school tradition and other deep inside,and it always appears by the stable form in a specific time and space,which has the bright behavior standards,has arrtibute to the relative stablity and the community accumulation,once it solidified,it will form their own historical continuity,and has the detailed request to each person's behavior,takes to participant's significance far beyond its own significance,and under its surface layer's decoration,contains a wealth of the raising people function.School conventional activity ceremony is a cultural significance which infiltrates the cultural traditions in daily life,it has been outside the field of vision,in"take it for granted"condition,and has not obtained the peole's attention seriously,not to mention its own features and the structure of an in-depth analysis.As increasing emphasis on the school's educational research,about the research of school conventional activity ceremony,people also have to be given more attention both in quality and quantity of it. The culture takes one kind of cultural heart condition which disseminates in specific crowd's,it stipulates and restrictes the interactive ralations and the active way between the person,and molds people's behaviour pattern.This paper hopes from the view of culture to seek all sorts of form which chooses,combines,controls,improves and to display every favorable factor in effectively various form the school conventional activity ceremony's excavation,the reorganization,as well as the analysis and discusssion about the conventional school activity ceremony basic types of unique and function.For clear above the question,the paper is divided into five parts,its concrete ideas are as follows:The first part,the introduction of the paper.this part tells the reasons,the significance,the existed problem,the related concept about the research,and then points out the research direction and the method.The second part,understand:the classification and cultural characteristic of school conventional activity ceremony.From the shape structure or the content nature, accordimg to principles such as:from the outside to inside,from shallow to deep-seated, it can be divided into the material level,the system level,the behavior and spiritual dimensions of the four types,and then tries to explain their respective connotation and cultural characteristic in detail.The third part,excavation:the raising people function of school conventional activity ceremony and cases analyze.This part takes a school as a case to show and claritfy the raising people function.The fourth part,Analysis:the disassimilation of the raising people function of the school conventional activity ceremony and case analyze.This part mainly takes a scool ceremony as a example to analyze the disassimilation of the raising people function of the school conventional activity ceremony.The fifth part,reconsideration:the principles and ideas about the construction of the raising people function of school conventional activity ceremony.The part maily tries to explore the principles and ideas about the construction of the raising people function of school conventional activity ceremony from the view of cultural.In brief,the school is a multi-structure,multi-level complicated systems,as a system,it always exists the trend to maintain the balance,but the strength of the maintenance comes from the pair of"the invisible hand"of the school conventional activity ceremony.School conventional activity ceremony takes the active way which established by usage in the specific school education environment field,the influence for all teachers and students is ubiquitous,so the school conventional activity ceremony is continuous education wisdom.In view of this, from the perspective of culture,we takes the inquiry of the conventional school ceremony unique function as an independent field of study which is of great realistic significance.
