According to the "National flag of the People's Republic of China",adopted by the 14th meeting of the Standing Committee of the NPC,"full-time school,in addition to winter,summer and Sunday,the national flag should be raised every day","full-time secondary schools,in addition to holidays,a weekly flag-raising ceremony,the provisions of all localities and schools should be combined with specific circumstances,strictly according to the" National flag to implement the lifting of the flag system.At the same time,the paper points out that the hoisting flag system is an indispensable part of school moral education work.At present,most of the primary and secondary schools in the development of flag-raising ceremonies can be through the participation of teachers and students,so as to play the role of the national flag System education,enhance national pride,and ultimately to promote the overall quality of students to improve the educational purposes.This paper chooses Yangzhou H Primary School as the research object,and investigates the development of the flag raising ceremony in H Primary School from five aspects,such as operation flow,participation subject,space position,attitude Analysis and assessment evaluation in the identity of f"insider." H Primary School in the operating process in accordance with the "national flag" of the provisions of the process of flag-raising ceremony,in the participation of the main departments of the Division of labor is clear,the posts of teachers in accordance with the provisions of the school to complete the task;Space station,each class has a fixed position;Attitude analysis,teachers and students on the H-flag raising ceremony of the general high level of awareness In the assessment,H Primary School does not have a specific assessment criteria.Through the investigation found:H Primary school teachers and students generally think that the flag-raising ceremony is a kind of accustomed to education,just follow the rules of the flow,the lack of a certain emotional input,at the same time the students are not enough to look forward to,teachers do not pay attention to,even a few teachers and students In general,there are four issues that need further improvement in the hoisting ceremony of primary school H.The first is to carry out the awareness of the purpose and significance of the flag raising ceremony from the ideological problems;second.the "Who is the subject" in the flag-raising ceremony is not accurate;Thirdly,there is a certain utilitarian in the actual operation level,and it is not regarded as the ritual activity of "patriotic education";The evaluation system has hysteresis.There is no uniform standard for the selection and grading of the assessment personnel.The causes of these problems are two aspects.First of all,from the teacher's point of view.the meaning of the flag-raising ceremony and the significance of carrying out the flag-raising ceremony are biased.Secondly,in the whole Chinese education environment,the examination-oriented education thought deeply rooted.In view of the above problems,the author put forward five suggestions for H Primary School and other schools for reference:First,from the teacher and the students in the two aspects of primary school stage the meaning of the concept of deepening understanding of the proposal;Secondly,from the "selection of speakers"and "speech under the national flag" two points of view,enrich the flag-raising ceremony carrier,Let the students of the main position tall and straight;Thirdly,a more refined evaluation system is given on the practical operation level.Four,from the moral and ethical objectives,ideological and political objectives and social function objectives to help the primary school flag raising ceremony to carry out clear educational objectives:It puts forward more feasible operation methods for the actual development of the flag-raising ceremony.
