The competitive volleyball integrates many aesthetic features and attracts people with its particular charm.The form of aesthetic value expresses in mutual coordination and fusion between the coaches,athletes,and supervisors,and accelerates harmony with inner character and psychology.The aesthetic value not only makes people ease physical fatigue,such as ears,eyes,body,and heart,but also it cleans the soul of human being.We can propose the following suggestion,based on the description above:we can strengthen aesthetic education to the coaches and athletes in order to improve their aesthetic ability;further strengthen the cultivation on will,teamwork and striving of the athletes,and modify the rules according to the standard of beauty.More importantly,we can improve audience's estheticism,and establish the correct aesthetic conception, which determines the public orientation of beauty and benefits the creativity and appreciation of the beauty of volleyball.We should pay attention to the intellectual and cultural cultivation of volleyball athletes,and improve their understanding and appreciation to the match.The new national Men and Women's volleyball team need to learn from the different styles of volleyball in other countries,and insist beauty creation of our own styles.
