Comprehensive Study On University Students Dishonesty Of The Contemporary Era

The word of the university student is a vocabulary of flashlight, contacting it with dishonesty is the fact that each citizen who is engaged in higher education and once was subjected to higher education doesn't wish to see.But in fact,university students' dishonesty is an objective and existent fact,which is becoming more and more serious.This paper presents the main expressions and harm of university students' dishonesty. Dishonesty expresses in 5 respects:in study activities,human relationship,borrowing or lending behavior,work process and in the net work behavior.This paper makes "layering slice" comprehensive analysis of students' dishonesty in five ways:such as the substantial evidence analysis psychology analysis,sociology analysis,ethics analysis and system analysis,and put this phenomenon on several angles of view to get clairvoyance.The unhealthy mental states-the mental state of the honest person suffering losses of utility,of depending on good luck,of vainglory,of rebel of helplessness and of doubt are the mental factors which cause dishonesty behavior occurrence."Effects of following others" produced by approbation and negative obedience to bad influence of social milieu and the mental disequilibrium used by "negative orientation" in the social process have led to students' dishonesty whose foundation is students' trustworthiness morals of many perplexity such as dual morals standards etc.Another ethics reason for dishonesty is the "tool personality" of university student.In our country the valuation behavior of the trustworthiness quality hasn't taken shape currently and personal trustworthiness file and disclosure system have not built up,so failure in promise costs low.The chapter 3 of the paper presents the measures for improvement of students' dishonesty.The first of the measures:developing the trustworthiness mental state and designing the correcting mechanism.Make great efforts to grow the mental mechanism of trustworthiness while carrying on trustworthiness education.Enhance mental state intervention and consultation in order to make the university students stop the unhealthy mental states of following others blindly,of doubting,of depending on good luck,of feeling mentally imbalanced and being afraid of losing any benefit and prevent effectively from failing in promise.The second of the measures:designing the education moral mode of trustworthiness.Establish trustworthiness education mode-"3-3 system" which is "three classrooms plus three combination".Build up teachers' trustworthiness management mechanism.The third of the measures:designing the system of trustworthiness evaluation and encouragement.University student's trustworthiness' measure and evaluation mode can be varied.There are two kinds of thinking that can be used for reference:"100 cents evaluation method by four elements" and "the evaluation gray system model" of the trustworthiness quality.Build up a personal trustworthiness file of university students,set up and sound the system of rewards and penalties for practicing honesty and dishonesty. The fourth of the measures:Perfecting trustworthiness laws and constructing social reputation system..Nowadays draw lessons from the successful experiences in setting up trustworthiness system of the western developed countries and keep a firm grasp on perfecting the laws of the trustworthiness system in our country.
