University-enterprise cooperation is a profound change to the traditional mode of higher vocational education, is a kind of innovation of talent cultivation mode, university-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode is our country’s higher vocational education reform and the basic way of development. Higher vocational education is university-enterprise cooperation between the parties in the higher vocational colleges and enterprises directly involved in, its essence is to make education and economic society in harmony as a organic whole, complementary advantages, mutual benefit and win-win results. Meeting seventeenth and eighteenth clearly put forward "build enterprise as the main body, market oriented, university-enterprise cooperation technology innovation system of combining", higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China, at the same time, the problem of higher vocational education university-enterprise cooperation is becoming more and more brought to the attention of the state, schools and enterprises. Higher vocational education has been praised by the researchers’ attention, but at present, how to establish effective long-term mechanism is a key topic in front of us, with the constant development of social economy in our country today, want to build a long-acting mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation is not an easy thing, whether in government, business or all higher vocational colleges are faced with difficulties.This article was based on such a background, and collect integration of the existing research literature about the mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation, put forward how to establish long-term effective mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation and effective? In this paper, from the Angle of game theory, analyzes the university-enterprise cooperation problems existing in our country, using the prisoners’dilemma and boxed pigs comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the higher vocational education cooperation between colleges and trapped by, and put forward the mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation based on cooperative game’s overall framework, from the distribution of interests, motivation, motivation, credit, communication and coordination, supervision and evaluation of six dimensions to build a long-term mechanism of implementation path, for university-enterprise cooperation depth fusion, and sustainable development for reference. Paper as a whole is divided into the following six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part. Mainly on the research background, research purpose and meaning, higher vocational education university-enterprise cooperation related research review, research content and method made roughly introduction, in order to have more overall, intuitive grasp of the standard.The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis part. From this part of the higher vocational education, higher vocational education cooperation between colleges and higher vocational education the related concepts of the mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation, at the same time, introduced in this paper, three theoretical basis:foster vocational education theory, education sociology Angle of view and the labor technical education double perspective of university-enterprise cooperation theory, and through the full text of the game theory. The theoretical basis for this study provides a strong theoretical support.The third chapter is our country’s higher vocational education between the status quo analysis. This part of the higher vocational education at the present stage in China carries on the summary, the present situation of the cooperation between colleges and to refine out problems and deficiencies, the paper points out that higher vocational education in our country university-enterprise cooperation partners and shallow depth, the interests of the relevant degree is low, such problems as poor quality, less cooperation platform of cooperation.The fourth chapter on game theory in the prisoners’ dilemma and boxed pigs are introduced, and by using the related theory explains some of the problems appear in the status quo, points out the enterprises are not positive.The fifth chapter is to build the mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation based on cooperative game. This part of the mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation based on cooperative game made simple introduction the connotation and characteristics, this paper argues that cooperation is the premise of overall interests increase, pareto improvement of the basic strategy of mutual benefit cooperation, complementary cooperation is the necessary condition of pareto optimality. Then, build the level of the long-term mechanism and mechanism of the framework, so as to form a "in higher vocational colleges-enterprise-industry-the government" multilateral mutual participation of university-enterprise cooperation mechanism. Based on cooperative game between the overall framework, this article from the interest distribution mechanism, dynamic mechanism and trust mechanism, communication and coordination mechanism, supervision and restraint mechanism and effect evaluation mechanism design school based on cooperative game six dimensions of the paths for the mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation.
