The Research Of Influencing Factors And Countermeasures About The Contemporary University Students’ Dishonesty Behavior

Honesty is a kind of virtue praised highly by the world, and it is a lubricant for social operation, which is also an important support for economic development. As the reserve talents with the key cultivation of the State, the students of colleges and universities are the successors of the socialist cause that should be equipped with a good quality of honesty and trustworthiness. However, nowadays the dishonest behavior in society comes out in an unending flow, and this phenomenon is also becoming increasingly prominent in the group of college and university student, which makes many people believe that today’s society is a society with the deterioration of morality. In recent years, the honesty issue has gradually received people’s attention. Researchers made broad considerations of the honesty in the economic life, as well as carrying out in-depth studies on the manifestations, causes and countermeasures of the lack of honesty. However, current studies on the honesty and morality of students in colleges and universities are more confined to the phenomenon description and theoretical arrangement.This paper mainly takes the dishonest behavior of students in colleges and universities as the objective of study. It starts the discussion from the connotation, function, status, reasons of the honesty of students in colleges and universities as well as the countermeasures. Based on the investigation, this paper carries out an in-depth analysis of the causes of dishonest behavior of students in colleges and universities, and then it puts forward practical countermeasures with reward to the prevention and resolution of the dishonest behavior of students in colleges and universities.Introduction:the connotation of honesty and the significance of honesty of students in colleges and universities, it pays attention to the description of the important meaning of honesty for social stability and development. It analyzes the current situation of studies at home and abroad.Based on the introduction, this paper divided the text into three parts.Part Ⅰ provides a study on the present situation of the dishonest behavior of students in colleges and universities. Based on the methods of literature research, questionnaire and interview, the author conducts an investigation for those students in several universities. And it also carries out an analysis and summary in terms of the causes of the lack of honesty of students in colleges and universities reflected in the investigation.Party Ⅱ analyzes the causes of the dishonest behavior of students in colleges and universities. For the causes of the dishonest behavior, the author believes that the formation of individual honesty moral character is a complex process, and the dishonest behavior is caused by the influence of various factors. The influence is mainly divided into external and internal factors in this paper. External factor mainly includes social environment, family and school environment, while the internal can be summed up as honesty moral cognition, lack of ideals and beliefs, group psychology, difference of knowledge and action, and so on.Part Ⅲ puts forward countermeasures with regard to the dishonest behavior of students in colleges and universities. This is the focus of this paper which is also the purpose of this study. In terms of the dishonest behavior of students in colleges and universities, and based on theoretical knowledge and practical operation, this paper proposes six countermeasures with the combination of internal and external work. First of all, build a social honesty atmosphere and strengthen the construction of social honesty system. Secondly, purify the school environment. Thirdly, pay attention to family education. Fourthly, establish a correct outlook on life and values. Fifthly, improve the moral cognition and cultivate good mentality.The honesty education is the top priority of moral education in colleges and universities, integrating honesty education into the daily management and development of students in colleges and universities is good for students of colleges and universities to cultivate a good manner of a honesty behavior, which plays a crucial role in the development and stability of the society in the future. The development and implementation of an effective plan for cultivation with regard to the students of colleges and universities is the starting pointing of the honesty work of students of colleges and universities. However, if the problem of the dishonesty of students of colleges and universities wants to be really solved, it is not enough at all only relying on the action of colleges and universities, and it also requires the common efforts of the whole society, such as the government, families and the students themselves.
