In this study, three scales which are Scale of Teacher Work Value, Scale of Teacher Organizational Commitment, Scale of Teacher Organizational Citizenship Behavior, were tested in a primary survey of 197 middle school teachers. The structures of three questionnaires were retested by item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and by confirmatory factor analysis in the second survey of 518 teachers. Finally, structure, reliability, validity of the three scales are good.The dates collected from the second test were analysised in different ways. The ways of analysis:(1) Analysis the diffidence of the study variance on the personal variance with t test and ANOVA;(2) Analysis the relativity among the teacher Work Value, Organizational Commi -tment and OCB;(3) Regression analysis among the three variances.From the above analysis, the mainly results are as follows:(1) On the personal variances, the records of some dimensions are significantly difference, such as, on the dimension of"positive and active", the records of main subject teacher are significant higher than assistant subject teacher.(2) The teacher Work Value, Organizational Commitment and OCB exist signific -ant relativity. Such as, the correlation coefficient of"innovate and develop"with teacher Organizational Commitment, OCB are 0.314, 0.374, significantly.(3)"Attainment and reputation"and"innovate and develop"have the effection of prediction to the teacher Organizational Commitment. (4)"Attainment and reputation"and"innovate and develop"have the effection of prediction to the teacher OCB.(5)"Exert oneself"have the effection of prediction to the teacher OCB.
