Occupational commitment is one's attitude on his occupation; reflect one's desire to keep on his occupation. As the change of modem society and economic form was developed, people's working values have changed enormously, the occupational commitment was becoming an important respect in exploring people's organizational psychology and behavior. Knowledge employee, as a colony emerging with the development of knowledge economy, includes an important component of knowledge, customer's relation and specialized intelligence capital, which was the successful key resources of an organization.The purpose of this research was to confirm the structure of knowledge employees' occupational commitment, work out scales, and probe into the prediction and aftereffect factor model. Using interview and questionnaire investigation method, utilize SPSS12.0 and AMOS4.0 , etc. to analyze the data, following conclusions was found:(1) A revised four-dimension measure of occupational commitment consisting of affective, normative, accumulated costs and limited alternatives dimensions was supported.(2) Different demographic variable was found having significant influence on different factor of knowledge employee's occupational commitment.(3) Set up the predicting factor model of knowledge employee's occupational commitment, the result showed: The predicting factors of affective commitment include sex, organization internal environment, external environment, work locus of control and work involvement; The predicting factors of normative commitment include age, sex, education and organize internal environment, work locus of control. The predicting factors of costs commitment include organization internal environment and work involvement; The predicting factors of limited alternatives commitment include sex, education and organization internal environment.(4) Set up the aftereffect factor model of knowledge employee's occupational...
