With the development of aerobic, the level of aerobic in our country has made substantial progress, especially for the aerobics athletes, has been widely appreciated. Meanwhile, the International Gymnastics Federation will be updated competition rules once every four years, these put new demands for aerobic training content, training characteristics and training methods.In this paper, by using literature data, the survey method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, and the aerobic related research results, combined with physical and mental development of people in our Country, research on the training content of aerobic athletes aged 15-17 in China. The results showed that:1. Aerobics athletes aged 15-17 are connection powers, exploration and research the contents of training of athletes in this period, can enhance the overall quality of athletes, special exercises to strengthen the effective period of time so that improve athletes athletic abilities.2. The framework of training content about aerobics athletes aged 15-17 in China include: special technical training, fitness training, psychological training, performance training and special technical ability training.3. Physical training, movement training, transition and connection of training, difficulty training, rhythmic transformation, collection of mixed are the core content of special technical training about aerobic athletes aged 15-17.4. Basic content of fitness training of aerobic athletes aged 15-17 are: the full development of specific sports closely related to the strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, agility and other qualities.5. Psychological training is an important aspect of aerobic athletes aged 15-17, it is divided into general mental training and mental training before the game.6. Aerobic belongs to categories of the performance of difficulty lead group, therefore, expressive forms are its main characteristics. Expressive training content of aerobic athletes aged 15-17 are: through bodily posture, technique, music and dance training to enable the athletes to show the artistic images.7. Specific technical capabilities training for aerobic athletes aged 15-17 include: musical understanding and artistic infection; intensity, magnitude, speed and intensity; action completed accurately and control; body posture and technical performance; the rhythm and the rhythm of nature in the whole action completed; collective project consistency training.
