Content: As the gradual maturity of legal system in China and the improving of recognition to the value of life, people focus more and more on the phenomenon of students' being injured at school, but generally most of the study is on the dominant injury to the body, the other inhuman educational hurt----hidden harm is ignored. In order to society, parents, schools and educational departments can recessive injury to the students the harm caused concern, so that teachers in the teaching process to pay attention to his words and deeds to the impact of students, I think it is all one should be allowed to all issues of concern, is a field of education and psychology and exploration of the issue.First, this paper introduces the state of students hidden harm in primary school, defines the scope of the hidden harm, and carve up different types according to the its different conditions, based on this summarized the characteristics of students hidden harm. There are concealed, latent, Lag, and long-term, destructive, Strong self-esteem and poor school performance of children more vulnerable, Excellence suffered psychological harm was widely ignored.Next, the paper introduces the consequences of hidden harm, this part mainly analyses from the extent of injury. The harm is divided into physical and psychological. Psychological harm is divided into mild, moderate and severe psychological harm; bodily harm is divided into "direct" and "potential" two aspects. And in every aspect, with the specific cases.Again, from the External environment contributing factors, mainly dignity of the teaching profession thinking of the impact of parental support, the pressure of the exam-oriented education, school education departments lack of supervision of the four aspects .Teachers factors, teachers awareness of the law is weak, lack of education and teaching art, low quality and psychological problems. Students factors, Primarily reflected in the quality of students and the poor state of mind and inspire students of two factors. And bully phenomenon between groups of students within the school.Last, aim at the phenomenon of hidden harm, come up with some measures to avoiding hidden harm in school. To be able to reduce hidden from the maximum harm the frequency of the occurrence of the phenomenon.
