A Study About The Situation And The Factors Of The Community Sports In Zhuzhou

The city community sports,which produced in the mid-1980s,are the result of the development of economy and society in China.In the background of reform of economy system and city management system,the city community sports is developing with the development of communities, the increase in the aging population,changes in demand for community sports and the emergence of community sports.In the recent decade,city community physical training.has attract more and more people,especially after the promulgation and enforcement of the "Sports Law" and "the National program for people's health".The idea that City sports focus on the community was put forward in "2001-2010 Sports Reform and Development Program" issued by the State General Administration of Sport in December 2000.Today,it has become the focus of social physical training and physical sociology.It has also played an leading role in National Health Movement.This paper mainly concentrates on Zhuzhou city community physical training by using documental investigation,expert interviews,logic inductive method,field trips,and the survey of mathematical statistics methods.The main contents are status and trends in the urban community sports,analysis of the factors which influence the development of community physical training.The research is supposed to further promote the development of sportsin Zhuzhou city,provide a theoretical basis for strategic planning and provide reference for scientific research and theoretical basis.The following conclusions come through research:1.In 2006,the 10th City Games of Hunan was taken place in Zhuzhou.It brought a lot of influences to Zhuzhou.First,it made the sports facilities get better and the playgrounds get more.Second,it created the sports opinion to the society and improved the sports sense of the citizens;Third,it progressed the development of the community sports and laid the foundation of the better development for the community sports.2.The community sports in Zhuzhou is governed by the government,thus it can play the role to organize and manage and can offer vigorous security.3.There are some shortcomings of the community sports in Zhuzhou:The management system is not well developed;there are lacks of the professional workers and money for the community sports;the sports facilities cannot satisfy the citizens' needs.4.Zhuzhou city community development trend:more and more communities of the main sports,and more amateur practice,more diverse forms of content:Community Sports hardware and software gradually improve.City sports have been gradually developing.5.Through the R-factor analysis,what impacts Zhuzhou city community sports development are the socio-economic organization and management, policy advocacy,and social transformation.
