Research On The Static Balance Of Male Aerobics Athletes

Aims:Abtain the static balance index of male aerobics athletes of different grades and the correlation of each index;inquire into their balance ability characteristics,and take it for reference while valuating the athlete' s mechanism,making technologic diagnosis and their selection.Methods:In this research,we carry out a test of standing on one leg with eyes shutting among 22 aerobics athletes of different ranks under the American AMTI biomechanical force-measuring platform system, including 6 national sports-masters,8 national grade-Ⅰathletes and 8 national grade-Ⅱathletes.Data notes of indexes such as track length, average velocity of displacement,95 per cent of ellipse area,track length of unit area,rectangle area,displace distance on Y axis(Dy), displace distance on X axis(Dx),minimum displace distance on X axis (Xmin),minimum displace distance on Y axis(Ymin),maximum displace distance on X axis(Xmax),maximum displace distance on Y axis(Ymax), etc are taking down.At the mean time,this experiment has also adopted vestibular rotating chair to test the stability of vestibule organs and testee' s ultimate time when the athletes stands on one leg with eyes shutting to test the ability of balance.Results:In this research,high correlations are found among the static balance index of Lng,Avg.v,Dy,MS,Ymax.The indexs Lng,Avg.v,95%EA,MS of the masters-sports atheletes' left and right feet are less than that of the grade-Ⅰand the gradeⅡ.The Lng are namely 136.77±16.39 and 135.9±18.67,the Avg.v are namely 7.08±0.75 and 6.94±0.934,the 95%EA are namely 2.65±0.86 and 3.77±1.34,the MS are namely 0.70±0.25 and 1.67±1.I0.The test also acquired the vestibular function stability mark,the time of standing on one leg with eyes shutting and 3 grades' indexs about Xmin,Xmax,Dx,Ymin,Ymax,Dy.Analysing the related index datas which come from the experiment,initial conclusions are as follow: (1)Themaster-sports athletes' static balance obviously exceed that of the grade-Ⅰand the grade-Ⅱ.All in all the grade-Ⅰathletes is better than the grade-Ⅱin the static ability.(2)The displacements towards postural sway direction are mainly in the vertical axis,in all groups.There is tiny difference between the grade-Ⅰathletes and the grade-Ⅱathletes in the vertical axis on their left feet,while obvious or remarkable differences are existed among the others.(3) In each group,the master-sports grades athletes' feet static balance ability don' t have much difference.But for the athletes of grade-Ⅰand grade-Ⅱ,their left feet' s balance ability is better than that of the right ones.It shows that the unbalance is more obvious among the grade-Ⅱathletes.(4) In the test of the vestibular function stability,except the notable differences between the master grade and the second grade,it has tiny ones in others.In the test of standing on one leg with eyes shutting, there is no remarkable difference between athletes of each grade.(5) The master-sports athletes' static balance obviously exceed that of the grade-Ⅰand the grade-Ⅱ.The T test results are different to show that aerobics training may improve the athletes' balance ability.
