| Static balance ability is the basic ability of Aerobics students, which is helpful for them to grasp the center of gravity, control the posture, stand on one foot and complete the whole set of movements. In this paper, the ankle stability training to improve aerobics students’ body static balance ability as the research object, using expert interviews, mathematical statistics, experimental methods and other research methods,on the basis of previous literature, further clarify that static balance ability is the basic ability of Aerobics students, for Aerobics students’ ankle part of the training of body static balance. It has certain theoretical significance and practical value to quantify the ability and its influence, improve the actual effect of training, and improve students’ physical quality. The conclusions are as follows:(1)After the questionnaire was sent out to the experts, the training methods of ankle stability of Aerobics students were determined as follows: TRX suspended feet prone open and close,TRX suspended feet static support,TRX suspended feet flexion and abdominal retraction,Bosu ball eye opening and one foot standing;(2)After the questionnaire was sent out to the experts, the test indexes of the students’ body static balance ability in the aerobics elective class were drawn up as: static core stability, dynamic core stability and static balance ability three first level indexes,t-control(s),back muscle two ends(s)and other seven second level indexes;(3)After 8 weeks of cross-border training intervention, there were significant differences in two comprehensive indexes of static balance ability in the experimental group, and there was a highly significant difference in one index of static balance ability;(4)In the experimental group, there were significant differences in two comprehensive indexes of static core stability ability, and one index of static balance ability was highly significant;(5)There are significant differences in the three indexes of dynamic core stability ability, but there is no highly significant difference. All the indexes of the control group increased after the experiment, but only one balance ball with open eyes and one leg had significant difference, and other indexes had no significant difference.(6)Comparing the data before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group,it is found that ankle training has a significant effect on the static balance ability of Aerobics students, and has an indirect effect on the static core stability and dynamic core stability ability. It shows that the normal aerobics special training has a certain role in promoting the students’ static balance ability, but the improvement is not obvious after ankle stability training.Routine aerobics classroom teaching can be included in ankle stability training. |
