In recent years,physical health test showed: Teenagers' speed,strength,endurance and other physical indicators continued to decline.The phenomenon of the high rate of poor vision,the proportion of overweight and obese adolescents is increasing.More and more experts and scholars come to realize the importance of teenagers' development of physical and mental health.These problems threaten the physical health of adolescents and also affect the country's future competitiveness.We found a lot of problems while carrying out school physical fitness.Unscientific method of physical fitness not only has no significant effects,but also make fitness injury problems occur frequently.What kind of sports can effectively enhance physical fitness of young people? What kind of exercise intensity and amount that can improve the physical fitness of young people will have a significant effect? We regard doing sports an effective measure to enhance physical fitness.It also spontaneously becomes the major concern of the community.Thus,to do exercises with a scientific method according to characteristics of adolescent growth and development has become a key issue in the current study.Monocycle is an emerging sport of competitive sports items,recognized and welcomed by many parents and teachers and students.Monocycle sets risky,extraordinary,surprise,clever,and beauty as a whole.Through the movement of muscles,making the body in a relaxed state,thus promoting the development of the cerebellum in order to benefit the brain development and can also improve intelligence.By riding a monocycle,you can exercise reflexes and balance capacity,improve heart and lung function,develop speed,strength,flexibility,agility,coordination,endurance and other qualities,and ultimately achieve the purpose to enhance physical fitness and improve health.By reading many articles about the ability of balance,the author has found out that these articles are mainly about how to improve the elderly's ability of balance or special groups who have disabilities of balance,however,articles about the ability of balance of wheelbarrows for the youth are not found too many.By combining qualities of wheelbarrows and special personalities of the youth,the author wants to show that wheelbarrows have positive influence on developing the abilities of balance of the youth,studying the regular pattern of the balance movements of the youth,boosting the development of balance organs,improving the abilities to adapt to the complex living conditions as well as helping a child to develop good qualities such as bravery and poise.He compared two groups of teenagers: one group take part in the training of wheelbarrow,while the other do not and also read many documents,did questionnaire surveys,tested and used mathematical statistical methods to draw the conclusion above.Research findings:1.Teenagers who often take part in the activities of wheelbarrows have better balance abilities than those who don't.It reveals that wheelbarrows can improve static balance ability of the youth.2.Teenagers who often take part in the activities of wheelbarrows have better vestibular sensation,proprioceptive sensation and muscle strength of lower extremities than those who don't.It shows that wheelbarrows can improve dynamic balance ability of the youth and boost stability.3.Wheelbarrows can strengthen muscle of lower extremities,the abduction force of coxae,knees and ankles so that they can ameliorate dynamic balance ability.
