ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to explore the effect of core stability training on static balance ability,dynamic balance ability for youth football player.And it will provide theoretical basis for exercise and fitness of female students.Methods28 students in a primary school,age from 10-12,were randomly divided into 2 groups.One group was the experimental group(n= 14),which received 30 minutes core stability training 5 sessions per week for 8 weeks.And other group was the control group(n=14),which received no intervention.All tests,including static balance test?dynamic balance test and a test of football skills,was done at day zero(pre-test)and after 2 days at the end of experiments(post-test),experimental group compared with pro-test has improved,better than control group.Results1 Results of Static balance test:post-test,stand on one leg with eyes closed.Five test indexes are all better than pre-test and all better than control group;compare control group with experimental group on TTW and EA,the experimental group had small change,The experimental group was more stable.2 Results of dynamic balance test:post-test,Lateral,posterior on the left and anterior,lateral,posteriormedial andanteriormedial on the right foot.The experimental group compared with pro-test has improved,better than control group.Anterolateral,posterolateral,posteromedial,medial on the left and posterolatcral posterior,medial on the right foot,The experimental group compared with pro-test has improved.3 The test results of basic football skills:Pro-test,Before and after the intervention,There was no difference between the experimental group and the control group.Alternate on the ball,there were no difference between the two groups after the intervention.Round bar and shot,The experimental group as compared with that before the intervention had a significant improvement,the control group had no improvement.Conclusion1,The 8 weeks core strength training can effectively improve performance of Round bar and shot on the youth football player2,The 8 weeks core strength training can effectively improve performance of static balance on the youth football player3,The 8 weeks core strength training can effectively improve performance of dynamic balance on the youth football player...
