Investigation And Reaserch Of The Status Quo Of Sports Organization In Haidian District Of Beijing

Based on the investigation target of sport organization in Haidian District of Beijing,This paper investgated and analied by application of literature consultation,questionnaire investigation,interview etc, investigates and analyzes the history changes,organizational framework, management method,funding,venue as well as activity performance to summarize the concept,classification,features,status,function etc. The result shows that:1.The primary level sport organization is a nonprofit sport organization of the closest and straightforward relationship with the public,which is established after being examined by county or district level sport bureau,reviewed and approved by civil administration department and directed by sport administrative(or equivalent entrusted or affiliated unit).Sport organizations are close to the masses,of less resources occupancy and with members easy to change,which are distinct to others.It holds an important place and plays an invaluable role in developing advanced productivity and building an overall harmonious society.2.According to relative laws and regulations and its features at different times,sport organizations in Haidian District can be put into the following three stages:spontaneous development stage(from the establishment of PRC to end of 1970s),introductory development stage (from beginning of 1980s to end of 1990s) and normative development stage (from the year 2000 till now).3.The development of sport organization in Haidian District is in general normative,the relation between the organization and the masses are direct,close with strong sense of being popular and high sense of autonomy.Their ways of activities are mainly providing professional guidance and service,which is now the effective ways of body-building and communication between citizens of Haidian District.The change of factors like stable economic growth,the further deepening of political and economic reform as well as the transition of people' s living style, create favorable exterior environment for the sustainable development of sport organizations.4.The disadvantages and potential problems faced by sport organization in Haidian District in its development mainly are: imperfection of organization and system,lack of fund,inefficiency to raise money,less than enough venues and facilities,low Synthesis quality of management staff,deficiency of relative laws,backwardness of management system and operational mechanism,shortage of running ability,imbalance of development etc.The development of primary level sport organization is of great significance to national fitness and sport socialization realization. This paper suggests:should be fully aware of the grass-roots organizations in place an important role,combined with national conditions and people-oriented,grass-roots promotion of Haidian District Sports Associations comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development.
