The Development Research On Non-profit Sports Organizations At Xicheng District In Beijing

This paper takes non-profit sports organization as object of study with the range of Xicheng District, aiming at clarifying the current situation and future trend of development of Xicheng District non-profit sports organizations, analyzing the outstanding problems throughout the developing process, attempting to raise policies or suggestions solving them, and creating reference value for further research work over this respect. Research methods used here include documentary analysis, questionnaire survey, interviewing method, case analysis and mathematical statistics. The research findings of this paper conclude that, although with a series of problems regarding over-control of administrative departments, weak-implementation according to regulations, limitations of campaign fund and site facilities, as well as the low level of marketing, the overall development of Xicheng District non-profit sports organizations is good, with relatively sound organizational structure, diverse activities and mass participants. The conclusion of this paper is that, Xicheng District non-profit sports organization and administrative department are in a relationship of mutual promotion and constraint. Although with certain problems, it will undoubtedly devote to social harmony of this area.
