With the rapid development of our country's economy and professional table tennis,as well as ITTF's three great reformation, the gap between players is deeping, demanding players having better psychology, and we can't estimate the results.Any detail may influence the results, especially sport injury.Today's women's technology is chasing men's. Because of psychology and physiology restriction, the possibility of injury is increasing. We must know about the injury of our country women team players,so as to find out the causes of injury and make effective measures. The National women team players, coaches and some specialists are my research objects.I got some conclusions by exerting documents methods, investigations methods, statistics methods and so on.1.The players' injury are very serious, incidence of disease is 97%, and the proportion of chronic injury is larger than acute injury.2.The parts of injury are focus on cervix, shoulder, wrist, waist, knee joint, thigh, ankle and so on.3.The major injury causes of players are:warm-up irrationality, over-fatigue,lack of self-protection,over-load and lack of muscle strength.4.The probability of injury is increasing,It is important to prevent sports injury.Suggestion:1.preventing from major causes of sports injury is very important, but we can't neglect any tiny aspects. 2.Players should strengthen cultural studying, attach importance to mentality, reducing injury by themselves.3.Coaches should see clearly the development trend of table tennis, acquaint with all kinds of sides to protect players.4.We should set up a integrative management system. We can control every aspect to shorten incidence of disease, especially the player is very young.
