Muscle contraction is the radical power source of human motion; therefore,no matter in athletic sports or mass body-building field, trainings of abilities concerning muscular strength and speed has been attaching more and more attention.Correct training methods and motions are more suitable for laws of muscular motion of human body and can reach a better training effect.Previous research on training of muscular strength was primarily concentrated on training methods,lacking of a research on specific motions concerning strength training.With adoption of video-recording measuring and surface myoelectricity test technologies in biomechanics,this article will analyze the motion condition of muscle during Flat Bench Press to seek for the optimum and most effective training motions;At the same time,it is hoped that a set of methods and ideas for research on motions for strength training can be summarized in a bid to provide reference for research of more motions for strength training.According to the controversial motions emerging frequently in practice,this experiment designs four representative evolutive motions developing from Flat Bench Press.During the experiment,8 testees are required,under four kinds of speeds,to do the traditionally standard Flat Bench Press motions and four evolutive motions.At the same time, a surface myoelectricity tester(made in Finland,ME6000) and infrared light test system(made in Sweden,QUALISYS—MCU500) are adopted to collect data about electromyography and kinematics;and professional software is adopted to implant a data disposal and the conclusion is drawn from comparison and analysis.Main research results of this experiment are as bellow:(1) During a Flat Bench Press motion,the barbell makes a motion primarily on axis Z with a small-margin shift on axis X;while on axis Y there will be an error shake(theoretically,there should be no any shift on axis Y);elbow joint mainly makes an upward motion along with axis Z and axis Y,as well as a small-margin shift on the positive-negative direction of axis X.To develop the pectoralis majors at both sides of chest evenly,it is required to keep the heights for left and right sides of barbell the same.(2) During a Flat Bench Press motion,the minimum angle of elbow joint, i.e.68.0±7.5°emerges at the maximum tension;while the maximum one, i.e.165.8±7.1°,emerges at the maximum shrinkage;and moving range of elbow joint angle is 97.8±10.0°.(3) During a Flat Bench Press motion,it is required to put the barbell at the position of mammilla and the push forward it to the upper of middle part of pectoralis major.Trainees are merely required to stick their backs naturally on the flat stool,with a slight tightening in a bid to stabilize the muscle groups.Please do not stretch back overmuch consciously.Moreover,with the boarding of holding space and strengthening stimulation of pectoralis majors,it is required to do whole-journey training motions as primary and a few semi-journey motions as auxiliary.(4) During a Flat Bench Press motion,speeding-up of motions can enable the muscular RMS value to rise,which indicates that the quantity of accumulated muscle fiber rises.Moreover,the quicker speed alters, the quicker muscular RMS value alters.RMS value during a backward pushing is obviously higher than that in the restrainting stage,which indicates that backward work is stronger than restrainting work on the aspect quantity of accumulated muscle fiber;therefore,backward pushing should not be neglected in training.
