Suspension training is a new type of strength training and muscular functional rehabilitation in recent years.It originated in Norway and is currently promoting the S-E-T training course,which is used in competitive sports training,rehabilitation medicine and mass sports.EMG technology in today’s society is widely used in many areas(medical,competitive sports,etc.),has become a very important assessment of technical means.In this paper,through the contrast analysis of suspension static action exercises and suspension dynamic action exercises to improve the core muscle strength training means for coaches,athletes and fitness enthusiasts to further understand the suspension training,improve their training system.As well as in the human core strength training to provide a certain theoretical basis.The main method adopted in this study is to standardize the suspension training and improve the research route and research route through the literature method.By using the BTS FREEEMG300 wireless surface electromyography data in Italy,the experiment is carried out by post-processing and statistics.result.The main results of this study include the following:1)The effect of suspension static practice on muscle activation characteristics;2)Suspended static exercise fulcrum fixation and fulcrum fixation on muscle activation characteristics;3)The effect of suspension
