Since the90’s of last century, research on prediction formula and the conversion of maximum strength had been made by some scholars and physical training institutions (American physical association), however, most research concentrated on the through the sub-maximal intensity limitation repetition number of some action (such as the bench press, squat, deadlift etc.) to predict the maximum strength (formula) under dynamic conditions. For example, Fernando Ayllon and others had been to predict athletes maximum strength formula in a group of young baseball players through the parallel squat (PS)and bench press (BS); Kevin Rose and Thmose E.Ball tested the relation between the maximum strength and maximum weight (BW) by the lift-power raised in bench press (BP) in female college students.. However, studied for a time under static load on prediction of dynamic maximum force has not been extensively. Foreign scholar Shinivh Demura has verified the validity of prediction method for estimating the maximum force through the way static isometric squat by back dynamometer. This research believed that, there is a high correlation between duration against a load and dynamic maximum power in a specific angle action (press) under static conditions, it the dynamic maximum force action can be predicted in the action.30boys of Xi’an Physical Education University sports education major were selects as the research object in this paper, through the literature material method, expert interview method, experimental method, and the mathematical statistics method, first, the maximum strength of objects under dynamic condition (1RM)were tested, and then in different percent maximum ratio60%,70%,80%,90%,95%of the maximum strength were tested, the maximum duration were obtained under different percentage (seconds), through the SPSS statistical data a prediction formula is: BP1RM=69.607+0.124*WEI*T-7.499*T, where BP1RM is the maximum strength press under the dynamic, WEI refers to the%1RM weight, T refers to the%lRM continuous limit time. Through the analysis of the forecast formula, the following can be obtained:1. under the static condition, Weight and duration have higher accuracy to predicate this dynamic maximum force.2.when the load intensity in80%-90%of load strength under dynamic condition, the time in between3-10s, and the prediction accuracy is better than the other load intensity, time interval.3.due to different body shape (such as height, weight, arm length, etc.) of the subjects, there is certain influence on forecast formula because of the length of the arm during the test.4.this formula is more suitable for young men with a certain movement background or training experience, the applicability to other people have yet to be further studied;5.according to the data analysis,it can be drawn that correlation between body weight and maximum force was significantly (p<0.01), but the data regression analysis of weight did not appear as related variables, so weight (or weight) influence on dynamic maximum force still need further discussion.
