Experimental Research On The Ways To Expanding Training Faculties In P.E. College

The 21st century is the century of Knowledge Economic.Everyone is faced with the constant updating of knowledge.To meet the community and keep up with the pace of development,we must develop more effective learning tools to enhance our learning ability.By Experiential Learning—"Being known after doing",expand training break down the tradition of"education"as a mode of education,which students feel happy and active in participation to learn reason and understand and through first-hand experience to tap their potentials and foster the spirit of innovation and practical ability for courage, tenacity,self-confidence and unity the like,good quality.Expand training of this new form of education conforms to the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening the reform of the guiding ideology.It is significant to promote the reform of traditional mode of education and improve the overall quality of the young people.Since 1995 the Expanding Training was introduced into China,it has developed unprecedentedly for the past 10 years.China now has nearly 200 Expand Training social clubs,and it is paid great attention by educational departments,schools,sports experts and workers.In 2001 the Ministry of Education issued a document"suggestion for colleges and universities to practice Expand Training",and take the initiative activities related to Expand Training in 63 colleges and universities in the country,therefore, Expanding Training developed rapidly in college and even some secondary schools. However there is no specialized training school to train expanding training teacher,which is very incompatible with the needs of society.The theory and use of sports and expansion of teacher training have many similarities.They used the constant physical and mental stimulation to form stable psychological moral,and physical activity as a means to be a mode of education.Some of their content as orienteering,hiking and the like are the same.Sports expand teacher training faculty has a unique advantage.However,at present no national sports training teachers to train Expand Training faculty.As the continuous development of Expand Training,sports colleges and universities should bear the responsibility for teacher training.This paper is about the study on ways,methods and theory to practice teacher training,aimed at exploring expanding sports training faculty advantages and feasibility,which is to provide reference for teacher training to start better Expanding Training for the society and schools.The main methodology of the paper are topic literature,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,experiment,interview etc.,using sports science,education, psychology,management and other relevant theory,to study the origin,development and the status quo,influence on students overall quality and the ways,methods and theory to train sports training faculty in sports colleges and universities.The main findings are:1.Departments participated in the experimental part of the sports development through training courses for the students to learn and practice proven that sports faculty training develop the students'knowledge,and skills training to enhance their development on purposes will be of great help.2.Practice has proven to expand training for students'psychological,physical and social skills,which is set up to expand training requirements and other factors related to the project.3.Sports Departments have the human resources and material resources,and the sports part of the curriculum and faculty training requirements and develop some of the projects are similar to Sports Department to expand teacher training in the understanding and practice of teaching developed and fully capable of working.4.Participated in the experiments 30 students,12 days after a 46-hour,19 training exercises to expand and develop the theory of knowledge,develop training security knowledge,promoting the quality of the training division,develop training skills, development of training skills,organization and management development training for teaching and examination,there were 28 primary pupils reach the level of development trainer.After organized sports faculties,purpose and the plan for the teaching,training, tests,fully qualified is expected to be nurtured.
