The Research And Countermeasures On Influencing Factors Of Speed Skating Reserve Talents

The present status of teenage talents is one of the important factors of checking and supervision the athletics in the national development.In the more and more competitive athletics,the present status of teenage talents has the prominent function. The approaches of our research combine such quantitative methods as the investigation of the questionnaire,the mathematics statistics,description methods as documents and materials,interview,logic analytic etc,and have carried on further investigation of present status of teenage speed skaters.The results are as follows:1,Speed skating teenagers mainly concentrate in a few provinces of Heilongjiang, Jilin,Liaoning and Xinjiang,and the register numbers are increasing gradually that express a good trend.In the last few years it forms a fixed amounts of the storage,and is developing in a good direction especially in Heilongjiang province2,The teams of speed skating teenagers have been keep 28s during 2001-2005 season, and break to 32s in 2006 season.The competition numbers show the up-trend year by year,and attain the tallest in 2004-2005 seasons.See from the trend of the performance that the results of youth are better than younger athlete's,the spring events are more outstanding than the long distant events.3,The factors of coach and the athlete's choice were the most important among all influencal factors,other factors according to important degree one by one were sports training,contest,athlete,the competitive system,management,economics, the research,social value and international influence.The above-mentioned 11 factors are divided into 73 sub-factors,and there are 21 above 7(8 points tallest) among 73 sub-factors,which are very important for teenager's development.4,The teaching skill and the cultural character of teenager's coaches are main factors among coach's abilities.The coach's teaching ages are a little young and most of coaches are used to be skating athletes.Scientific selection of athletes and sport injury are main considered factors in athlete's selection and also athlete's family factor.5,The disciplinal thought and training methods are the most important factors in teenage training;Most of coaches consider that the technique is the most important aspect in teenager training;Furthermore,the experts think that the athlete's settledown and cultural education are the most important in the aspect of managements.6,In teenage competitions,false age has already become the very widespread phenomenon and a corrupt practice.7,The development of national speed skating mainly depends on the investment of government and person,and which limit the development of speed skating events. The key problem that influences the talented teenager's development is the capital investment in the culture system of management.Experts think that the capital investment in adult's skaters is more than teenager's.
