Research On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Reserve Talents Training In Hebei Province

At present,the existing training of competitive gymnastics talents in China is characterized by a three-level training mode of amateur sports school-provincial professional team-national team.The training mode is mainly led and jointly completed by the national sports administrative department,that is,the various policies,policies,regulations,etc.are first from the national gymnastics management center to the provincial gymnastics management center,and then from the provincial gymnastics management center to the grassroots Amateur sports school.The training of competitive gymnastics talents in Hebei Province has been running in this training mode for many years.It has experienced many ups and downs,especially in recent years,the athletes with more prominent gymnastics in Hebei Province are gradually decreasing.One of the important reasons is the shortage of reserve talents.It is particularly important to analyze the influencing factors of the reserve talent training of competitive gymnastics in Hebei Province and to formulate corresponding development strategies to promote the development of competitive gymnastics.This research uses the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method to study the problems existing in the training of reserve talents in amateur sports schools in Hebei Province,such as gymnastics team,Shijiazhuang city and Baoding city.And analyze the main influencing factors combined with the status quo to develop development strategies and recommendations,the research results are as follows:(1)The training system for reserve talents of competitive gymnastics in Hebei Province has been still using the national reserve talent system and the government management type.Under the current situation,this reserve talent training system has emerged.There are some problems such as difficulties in talent transportation,narrow funding sources,single training methods,and contradictions in academic training.(2)Amateur gymnastics training teams in various cities in Hebei Province have only six training grounds in 11 cities.Only the amateur gymnastics training venues in Shijiazhuang City and Baoding City are relatively complete,which can guarantee normal training.The equipment conditions of amateur gymnastics venues inTangshan,Qinhuangdao,Handan and Zhangzhou are relatively weak.On the whole,this is not enough for the selection of provincial teams.It has played a restrictive role in the selection of gymnastics reserve talents in Hebei Province.(3)There is only one gymnastics competition in Hebei Province every year.The number of competitions is too small,the training period is long,and the elimination rate is high.This is far from meeting the needs of athletes and the development of competitive gymnastics in Hebei Province.(4)Although the coaches of Hebei Province's competitive gymnastics are rich in practical experience,their business literacy and cultural level are not high.Most of the coaches are junior college graduates,have not received higher education,and rarely participate in professional business training after taking office.It is easy to cause the coaches to be less motivated.The main reason is that the social status of the coaches is not recognized,and the wages are not satisfied.(5)The contradiction of academic training is a major contradiction in the training of competitive gymnastics in Hebei Province,and it has not been completely solved.This requires the training of athletes through the practice of “sports and education” in the sports schools in various cities of Hebei Province.In the process of athlete training,try to train and learn two methods to reduce the athletes in the training process,learning and The confusion caused by training conflicts.
