Objective:China is one of the earliest countries to carry out the altitude training and researching.Has started since the early-1960s our country to discuss the altitude training,in the altitude training practice and the fundamental research aspect,has gained certain experience and the achievements in scientific research,for the enhacements of our country track and field,the swimming,racing boats,skin raft and so on,plays certain promoter action,but in the plateau environment,will cause organism to have the complex metabolism and the physiological change, inevitable will have each kind of plateau sickness.We see the report of the plateau lung damage,the plateau pulmonary edema and the plateau pulmonary embolism repeatedly in the plateau environment,and these patients may be accompanied by many internal organs' hemorrhages and the thrombus formation,.from the research discovering that the plateau disseminated intravascular coagulation possibly has an important link of the acute plateau pulmonary edema and the altitude coma pathogenesis. Therefore we have the essential observation to the motor ability mouse in the plateau low oxygen and under the movement dual stimulations the influence which to organism hemoglutination,the filament dissolves,has the related disease for athlete's science training and the prevention to provide the reference,has the important theory and the practical significance.Method:Observes TF,TFPI-1,t-PA and PAI-1 of the experimental mouse lung organization through the real time PCR method to see the mRNA duplication level change.Result:(1)The hypoxia 3 day of peaceful group' TF mRNA the duplication level compares with the normoxia peaceful group,a hypoxia 4 week peaceful group,the hypoxia 3 day of endurance movement group that has the significance difference(P<0.05);hypoxia 3 day of endurance movement group to compare TF mRNA with the hypoxia 4 week endurance movement group the duplication level to have the significance difference(P<0.05);The hypoxia 3 day of peaceful group compares TFPI-1 mRNA with the nomoxia peaceful group the duplication level to have the significance difference(P<0.05).In generally,when the TF expression increased,the TFPI-1 also regeneration increases,vice versa..TFPI-1 and TF mRNA expression level assumes the uniform tendency.(2)the normoxia peaceful group t-PAmRNA duplication level has the significance difference with 3 day of hypoxia peaceful group,normoxia endurance movement group,the hypoxia endurance movement group and 4 week hypoxia peaceful group,the hypoxia endurance movement group;The nomoxia paceful group t-PA/PAI-1 ratio has the significance difference with 3 day of hypoxia endurance movement group,4 weeks normoxia endurance movement group,the hypoxia endurance movement group,the hypoxia peaceful group.Conclusions:(1)The hypoxia exposition can enhance the mouse lung' TF,TFPI-1 mRNA duplication level,but the TF/TFPI-1 non-significance enhances,explained that 13.6%short-term hypoxia exposition has certain function to the mouse lung organization coagulation function,but has not created the obvious destruction(2)The mouse undergoes 4 week-long adaptation in the hypoxia environment,,TF,TFPI-1 mRNA duplication level can restore normally.(3)The endurance movement,the hypoxia adaption play the promoter action to the t-PA mRNA duplication level of mouse lung organize,cause the lung organization fibronolysis system activeness to assume the benign development,presents the strong fibronolysis system' reservation,thus strengthen the protective function to the coagulation activeness.
