Research On The Construction And Development Of Some Chinese Track-and-Field Sport Bases

Track and field is the oldest game in the sports,people always called it as "the mother of the sport".Nowadays in the field of athletics, if you win in the track and field,then you will win in the sport meeting. Track and field is the footstone of the Olympic,even is the important standard on the sport level for a district and also a country.To our country's track and field,we go first in Asia,but in the international we located in the middle level,even at the bottom.Among the developed sport country,they always seem to build and strengthen the sports base as the important methods to develop their athletics.It's the same to our country.Since the P.R.C have built,we strengthened the construction of the sport bases step by step,many bases have been built from then on,especially after 1978 when we quicken the speed about construction,so the athletic level also promoted along with the construction.By reading many reference literature and ask for advices from the experts in athletics,the article do the research on the actuality about the construction and development of the sport base,mainly research in the classification,item layout,management and the service and use about the track-and-field sport base.The article make the national track-and-field sport base as the research objects,using the methods of literature,questionnaire investigation,visiting the experts,statistics,logic organon and so on.The author investigate six bases with questionnaire,then do the research and analysis on the availability materials,gain the conclusions:1 Seeing from the inquisitional condition,our country's track-and-field base can meet the need for the national athletic team in accommodation,diet,logistic management and so on.But they need to strengthen and consummate.2 In the service of scientific research,the bases don't meet the modern athletic training's need obviously.Compare with the superior establishment,the bases obviously lag in the scientific establishment, scientific research,scientific personnel and so on.3 According to the clime,civil,economy and so on,our country distribute the bases rational,building the altitude training bases, sub-altitude training bases and sea-level training bases,forming a system which embody the characteristics of district,system,seasonal and mutual compensation in the bases' layout.4 In the research,we found that there were no departments to gain and collect information in most bases.So the team trained in the bases have less approaches to touch the new materials about the sport technology; the missions which the bases took on were simple,existed a big gap comparing with the foreign bases in the same size.5 From the research,we discovered that the finance which the bases gain the money mainly from the government,the channel is less comparatively;in the payment all bases were nearly the same,mainly used in maintenance of the establishment,logistics service,training equipments and so on.
