Research On Talent Cultivation Of Track And Field Reserve Talent Base In Shandong Province

This study "new period from 2015 to 2018 in shandong province outstanding sports teams of track and field reserve talent base" and "national track and field single high level reserve talented person training base in shandong province" in 11 of the base as the research object,to be collectively known as the shandong province outstanding track and field sports teams for this paper.Based on the expert interview method,questionnaire investigation,literature material method,mathematical statistics of four kinds of research methods is given priority to,based on the current outstanding in shandong province athletics sports reserve talented person base construction and personnel training situation,from the athletes,coaches,three aspects study base infrastructure,to reserve base construction and talent training have a cognition of the whole picture.Based on situation,training reserve talent source,academic status,coaches coaching fixed number of year,coaches,job training,base base for training facilities,cultural facilities,medical facilities,summarized the various indexes such as analysis,it is concluded that the excellent track and field sports teams in shandong province in terms of base construction and talent cultivation of advantages and disadvantages,training base for the comprehensive assessment of strategic capabilities.In shandong province in the last three national games,the result has been at the leading level of track and field,thanks to the shandong province athletics reserve personnel continuous conveyor,so comprehensive assessment in shandong province athletics reserve personnel training base of strategic capabilities,not only for our province track and field reserve talented person life career,can guide our province outstanding track and field sports reserve talented person base construction and reserve personnel training work to a new level,so as to defend in shandong province in the position of strong province track and field in China.Based on the excellent sports teams in shandong province track and field reserve talent base construction and talent cultivation in aspects of the advantages and disadvantages,mainly found the following issues: 1.The present shandong province outstanding sports reservetalented person age structure is a reasonable distribution of track and field,in line with the requirements of material selection and training of;2.Athletes to participate in training motivation is clear,but the contradictions between the academic and training,academic achievement is a cause for concern;3.Athletes after graduate employment situation is not optimistic;4.Coaches for most athletes selecting aspects is given priority to with experience in material selection,some coaches with scientific method to select material basis,and chooses the training methods are more reasonable;5.Most of the athletes the opportunity to participate in large-scale track and field competition is less,the lack of direct experience of the game;6.Coaches are reasonable,give priority to with young coaches,but relatively insufficient elite coaches,coach's own learning ability needs to be improved;7.The higher education level of coaches,but little opportunity to participate in job training;8.The lack of communication between coaches and athletes lack of concern for athletes;9.The base training,teaching and scientific research relatively complete medical charity,can meet the needs of the athletes normal training,learning and life.By finding the problem above,the hope can help base of accurate positioning,avoid the blindness of their own development,and improve the excellent track and field sports teams of shandong province in terms of base construction and personnel training to the pertinence and effectiveness,continuously injected fresh energy to the vigorous development of competitive sports in shandong province,and then for the sports strong province,the power to make a greater contribution.
