A Study On The Development Of "The Fusion Of Sports And Education" In Chinese Olympic Single Track And Field High-level Reserve Talents Base

At the 13th meeting of the CPC Central Committee on Comprehensive deepening Reform,the CPC Central Committee adopted the "Opinions on deepening the Integration of physical Education and promoting the healthy Development of Young people" and carried out it all over the country,which not only condensed the new concept of school sports reform,but also the "integration of physical education"with a new connotation.At present,the essence of "integration of physical education"in the process of development is still "contradiction of learning and training ".Through the research on the development of "integration of physical education" in the single reserve talent base of track and field in China,the main factors restricting its development are solved.This paper takes the development of "integration of physical education" in 155 Olympic high-level reserve talent bases belonging to the China Athletics Association as the research object,mainly explores the problems and influencing factors of the development of "integration of physical education" in our country.It provides valuable experience reference and scientific basis for China’s track and field single reserve talent base to realize the "integration of physical education" in the new era,and then enriches and perfects the "integration of physical education" and the development ideas of the single reserve talent base of track and field in China.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1."Integration of physical education "has obvious advantages in many years of development,but also has a new connotation,that is,to promote the healthy development of all young people.For the reserve talents of competitive sports,through the deep integration of "education" and "sports",high-quality athletes with excellent cultural literacy and sports achievements are cultivated.2.Base managers show new characteristics in the process of development;the coaches of each track and field reserve talent base have high sports level,but the overall number is small,the position in the post is small,the title as a whole appears the characteristics of "younger,low level ";Track and field reserve talent base equipped with cultural teachers level is not high,teachers are weak,communication with coaches exist" polarization "phenomenon.3.The reasonable age and sex structure of athletes,it basically meets the relevant requirements of the construction of single reserve talent base in track and field in China.However,the enrollment of athletes has a downward trend,but also lack of outstanding talent.4.The accommodation arrangement and logistic support of the reserve talent base of track and field can meet the daily needs of athletes,the investment in some special technology training venues and equipment is not large,and the teaching conditions,quality and teaching equipment are relatively poor.5.Track and field reserve talent base has gradually changed from a single way to multiple sources of funds,commercial value has been improved,but still need to continue to dig.Most bases do not implement the policy system of "integration of physical education ",and there is no practical way to solve the problem of contradiction between learning and training.
