Higher Vocational education plays an important role in higher education. The purpose of vocational education is to train people with a strong theoretical knowledge,practical ability,grassroots-oriented, production-oriented,oriented service and the experience in the first production line,and which is the higher stage of vocational education. At present,the proportion of athletics projects is not so much than before in Beijing Higher Vocational College Teaching sports.Thus,the basic status of track and field course weakened continuously.Therefore, how to invoke students' enthusiasm and initiative in physical education courses,and which teaching mode will be adopt to improving the students physical fitness more effectively has become the main topics of the research workers.This paper made a comprehensive and systematic search for the reform of Beijing Vocational College Physical Education Teaching projects,and has more meanings for the teaching reform practically and theoretically.Currently,in the physical education reform,many college' s organizational forms still the same as the major teaching classes;Though Teaching added many new projects,it requires more Coliseum.Thus the consequence is that,the shortage of Coliseum,great venue density,less practicing time,ineffective and unable to complete teaching objectives; For the purpose of success,the teaching methods became more and more individuality,healthy and harmonious.In this research,the paper takes some measures such as literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,statistics,logic analysis and experimental study.The conclusions as following:1.Teaching guiding ideology is not clear,not conducive to the overall development of higher vocational education.2.Diversification of the concept of teaching in higher vocational education in the primary stage,to sum up a more suitable for sports development in the higher vocational teaching concepts.3.Teaching goals show diversity,to better develop their personality, training students creativity.4.Running track and field projects teaching hours are gradually reduced, not conducive to the improvement of physical quality higher vocational students,should increase physical education projects run track and field teaching classes.5.Teaching students the attractiveness of the content is not strong, should actively seek a better track and field running projects teaching students to meet the demand.6.Methods of teaching was very active,to promote a higher vocational students in physical exercise and improve the physical fitness of students Vocational College.7.Vocational College curriculum by the impact of teaching organizational form of a single comparison.8.According to students of different professional characteristics of a targeted set of teaching run projects are in the embryonic stage,if we can set up a more suitable for the Vocational College of Physical Education,will benefit students for life.
