Subject knowledge of mathematic teachers was composed of three parts, namely, subject knowledge, the conditions of knowledge and practical knowledge. Subject knowledge was the foundation of teachers'knowledge, teacher's own subject knowledge affected the content and the method of teaching, and affected the students'studying. The elitism teachers were the leaders of teaching subjects, as well as the overall quality of teaching.By this view, the paper made the survey by the form of questionnaire. The subjects were 112 elitism teachers in urban and rural primary schools'teachers in Zhang Jiakou. The survey was to explore the math subjects knowledge level of the primary elitism of teachers in Zhang Jiakou, and to analyze the impact of factors subject knowledge, with a view to provide reference basis for teachers'education and teachers'training for our country to some extent, which connected with "Study On Reform of the System of Primary Mathematics Teaching Contents and Curriculum ".The results showed that: (1) The overall level of math subject knowledge of primary mathematics teachers could not be optimistic;(2) Primary math teachers were good at mastering the traditional math knowledge;(3) There were significant difference in mathematic subject knowledge of primary teachers among four aspects which included seniority, urban and rural, academic background and first degree.
