Research On The Construction Of Campus Culture In Higher Vocational Colleges

The higher vocational education as an important component of higher education has received widespread attention from the society and entered a period of rapid development since the reforms and opening -up.Now,it has composed half of the higher education service in our country,which contributes a lot for the acceleration of popularization of higher education in china.With the development of higher vocational education,the studies for campus culture in higher vocational colleges have been developing further and more intensive.Campus culture in higher vocational colleges is a special culture,which is the branch of campus culture.And we can also treaty this conception as the organic combination of various activities by which faculty members of higher vocational colleges can achieve the functions which they should carried out,it is also the collection of material and the spirit outputs which drive from these kinds of activity.It plays a decisive role in development of higher vocational colleges,and it is an important guarantee for higher vocational colleges' healthy and rapid development.Higher vocational campus culture is different from the common college campus culture,and it is forged by the nature of higher vocational education.Higher vocational education is a particular type of education;therefore,campus culture construction in higher vocational college not only has general characters of common college campus culture,but also has a distinct uniqueness.Vocational colleges' campus culture has special characters such as:It is a kind of vocationally,practical education which emphases on the social adaptation,regional feature,the ability to create the new enterprise and career.The dissertation would like to divide campus culture into four categories which are material cultural,spiritual cultural,institutional culture,behavior culture;and then analyze the features and the characteristics of each aspect of the campus culture.Next step the thesis would like to focus on analyzing of the features of higher vocational colleges and characteristics of its campus cultural.At the same time based on the actual situation in higher vocational colleges,the thesis analyzes the urgent necessity of the campus culture construction from many different perspectives.The article uses method such as:field research,document research,interview,etc.Based on all the studies we have done,the article tries to summary and analyzes the current status of campus culture construction in chinese higher vocational colleges.The thesis indicates few major issues existing in the process of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges,Final this dissertation analyzes the future direction of the higher vocational colleges campus culture construction from three perspectives.First:special features of Vocational Colleges campus culture construction;Second:higher vocational colleges brand building projects;Third:building an entrepreneurial culture in higher vocational colleges.This thesis breaks through former researches which only focus on the structure of campus culture to analyze the higher vocational campus cultures construction.This article puts forward some proposals for the campus culture construction of higher wocational colleges based on its own characteristic.
