This thesis reviews Kentucky as a research object by the analysis frame of state issues in comparative.Based on a great deal of information at home and broad,conducted a more comprehensive and detailed analysis about the United States' Teacher Education,analysis of their teachers education reform experiences and questions.Survey shows that education reform in Kentucky teachers achieved good results.Research on teacher education reform in Kentucky can lead us to question our country's teacher education reform and to gain inspiration.This study was divided into five parts:Partâ… summarizes the background of title selected and the value of this study,discusses the situation of existent studies and then elucidates the methods.Partâ…¡discusses the background of the United States Teacher Education Reform,including the Teacher Education specialization trends; the lack of high-quality teachers,the challenges of teaching brought by social change.The third part discusses the main contents of teacher education reform and measures,mainly include four aspects,teacher education reform policies;teacher quality issues in Kentucky;Kentucky Wesleyan College teacher training program.On the basis of above part,Partâ…£discusses the experiences and questions of Kentucky Teacher Education Reform.Mainly with the social development;the integration of teacher education to promote professional development of teachers;improve teacher education system,also refered to the problems in Kentucky teacher education reform.The last part mainly about the experience of teachers education reform in the United States for China's educational theory and educational practice of combining a new attempt,then put forward the inspiration and reference. Including to improve the social status of the teachers;to speed up the integration process of teacher education;construct new teacher education system;focus on teacher education curriculum and teaching reform.
