The Fifth Plenary Sessions of 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party put forward the great historical mission of building new socialist countryside, but in essence the mission is the question of cultivating a new type of peasants. yet cultivating the new type of high-quality peasants requires the support of the rural compulsory education especially the moral education in rural junior middle schools. However, because of the social environment, the existing mechanism of personnel selection, the level of economic development and other factors, the moral education in rural junior middle schools is still a lot of questions, which are mainly manifested in two aspects : First, the moral education in rural junior middle schools has not been able to exert their superiority to cultivate talent, so that schools play down the concept of cultivating talent, weaken the moral education and many students turn degradation at the moral quality. Second, the moral education is not enough strong and the scope of work is not wide. The moral education is only targeted at students at school but doesn't commit to the civilization education of the majority of the peasants, and don't play the lead role in the spiritual civilization construction , democracy and legal system construction in the countryside. Thus, the rural junior middle schools need to lay stress on the practical problems , take active measures to grasp the time opportunities and further play the major role in moral education to improve the appropriateness, effectiveness and feature of moral education, which is far-reaching influence and important significance for achieving the rural students' all-round development, cultivating qualified personnel as reserve and serving the new countryside construction in the situation of building new socialist countryside.This thesis puts way of moral education research as vital clues, expounds the necessity of strengthening the moral education in rural junior middle schools during the process of new rural construction, then in accordance with the realities of the moral education the rural junior middle schools require to take some corresponding reformable measures. The specific line of the thesis is divided into four parts:Part One: Introduction. The part mainly introduces the research background, significance, status quo , methods, line and innovations.Part Two: This part approaches the necessity, time value and practical significance of strengthening the moral education in rural junior middle schools at the basis of the analysis and summary.The third part discusses the moral education in rural junior middle schools are facing the job opportunities, challenges and time characteristic. Through analysing and summarizing the favorable conditions and unfavorable factors of the moral education, the direction of innovation has been indicated.The fourth part dissertates the new ideas of moral education reform in junior middle schools, the part mainly probes into the three aspects: strengthening the moral education leadership, emphasizing on the moral education effectiveness, creating the moral education features. So it hopes to make reference to the reform and innovation of the moral education in rural junior middle schools in the context of the new rural construction...
