Nowadays, the competition between the public kindergartens and the non-governmental kindergartens and among the non-governmental kindergartens has already been turned from the hard power competition to the soft power competition. People pay more attention to the soft power day by day, and the head of the kindergarten put forth effort to make the soft power of their own kindergarten one after another in order to establish in an unassailable position in the fierce market competition day by day.This research is on the basis of studying and combing about the fact on the development of the soft power and the latest theory achievement of research in leader behavioral at present, using case research approach for the deep and detailed studying on making cultural soft power from a non-governmental kindergarten in Hunan Province. The whole text includes five parts altogether.Part One : Foreword. Mainly state the origion of the study and introduce existing overviews, research approachs and their meanings in domestic and international countries.Part Two : Description. The author has made the brief description on culture soft power of the sample kindergarten. Part Three : Essential strategy. Introduce how the sample kindergarten made soft power under the leadership of the head of kindergarten. Include specifically : cultural consciousness on the basis of the inherent demand in surviving and development; idea exaltation molding and accumulating spiritural culture in kindergarten; system guarantee of promotion of execution and management performance.Part Four : Analysis of influence factors. Through a series of interview faithful record, revealed the factors when the head of the kindergarten developed cultural soft power . Analyze the factors at least from the following aspects: absence confidence in others from the head of kindergarten, individualizing idea, obscuring the concepts of leader and management.Part Five : Enlightenment. On the basis of making the analysis of the soft power of culture and deep assurance of the influence factors to the sample kindergarten, I have summarized his experience and took lessons.
