| In the era of globalization, international non-governmental organizations has become an important force that can not be ignored,its impact of the various countries and regions of the political, economic, culture, education, science and technology etc..International non governmental organizations have been developing rapidly since entering since Chinese, its has penetrated into many aspects of our society. What impact will take on our country and society when emergence of these organizations,China’s scholars have made a lot of research. However, they have but little studied of the cultural soft power of international non governmental organization.Since Professor Joseph Nai put forward the concept of the cultural soft power, it has been accepted by scholars around the world, and applying to the enterprises, universities and other organizations, it has become a new perspective for us to research organization. This paper studies on the elements of international non governmental organizations in China’s cultural soft power mainly concentrated in the soft power of culture, and through the analysis of elements and analysis further of the current situation of cultural soft power of international non governmental organization in China, and puts forward the relevant suggestions.In this paper, four aspects of cultural soft power of international non governmental organization is divided into cultural cohesion and cultural cultivation,cultural creativity and cultural communication.In the analysis of foreign NGO in China’s cultural soft power play advantages and disadvantages process, summarize obtained values of advanced, mature reality of project operation and management culture are the advantages of these organizations, at the same time, project time short-term, the degree of social recognition is not high and the conflict with the grass-roots government is its disadvantage. Through the analysis of these four aspects of the influence factors of cultural soft power of foreign NGOs in China plays,namely the cultural conflict, internal governance, human resources and institutional environment.Through the above analysis and research, this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the development of non-governmental organizations outside the soft power of culture in China: the first one is to enhance the cultural fusion of overseas NGOs in China; the twice one is to strengthen the management of foreign NGOs in China localization; the third one is to improve the construction of non governmental organizations in China and overseas talent system. the last one is to promote thetransformation of government of the foreign NGOs in China. |
