One of The new curriculum ideas has pointed out that,stimulating interest of chemistry study,promoting transformation of study approaches, initiating every student self-assessment actively,paying more attention to the development of student personality,following which might drive everyone toward success of one's own.However,underachievers have been puzzling lots of elementary education workers for a long time.Having referred to relevant literature,combined with practical work,We might have explored formation approaches to the internal causes of poor learning outcomes; Grasped the principal contradiction of main aspects and provided some reference or advices in order to improve subject teaching and learning activities.This research had mainly studied the underachievers.mastered the basic situation of learning with preliminary investigation;then a self-made questionnaire about Learning Qualities of Middle School Students was organized for deeper survey,which according to the predecessor's experience.We found out that they were varying lack in three important dimensions' development level,which lead to weak work:the learning capability,the psychological quality and the practice.Next step,following major opinion of category theory by US psychologist Robert(?) Gagne,selecting the representative chemistry concept——the "Amount of Substance" system as stuff,a series of Case material and the main idea for Controlled Small Class Study were shaped and carried out. As a result,all above preconditions were supported to disscuss and certainly a characteristic model of internal learning Process of underachievers might have been gotten at the end of this topic study,which might explain the formating chemistry concepts approaches of underachieves in high school. Of course,Cognition for teaching and learning behavior of some group, suggestions in aid of classroom activities,both of them may be acquainted at the same time.
