Researches On Basketball Referee's Legal Awareness And Law Enforcement Behavio

With the development of basketball,the problem aroused by basketball referees has caught the attention of the whole society.How to solve the"black whistle"and the"official post"problem in basketball competitions,regularize the referees' behavior,and guarante the basketball competition in fair,is an important topic which we face. Referee training to improve the awareness of law is a most effective way. In this research,we make use of investigation methods,such as questionnaires,interviews with legal adviseres,literature and mathematical statistics and others.We take Chinese nowadays's international level,the state-level,the first-level referee as the object of study.And we also visited official in the sport world,experts and professors for the answer to it.Combining with the sports competition study,the competition referee study,the sports sociology,the jurisprudence,the philosophy and so on related discipline theory,we have getten a clear knowledge about current level of Chinese basketball referees and existing problems.We also realize that it is the time to strengthen the legal awareness of the need for referees the research will help to optimize the environment for basketball competition and to standardize the conduct of law enforcement referee.Also,the paper will give some suggestion on how to strengthen the legal awareness of referees and regulate their behaviors.
