Higher education in the development of a personnel training to speed up the pace,but the current situation,on the one hand,some of the shortage of local talent,on the other hand,the existing difficulties in obtaining employment,and how to resolve this contradiction is that the whole society on issues of common concern through Hunan Province on the employment status of vocational graduates,employment difficulties, as well as the reasons for the higher impact factor in obtaining employment in all multi-channel analysis of the survey.In this paper,the status quo of graduate employment in Hunan Province were studied.The main vocational graduates of the province's employment situation,graduates of vocational areas of employment,the employment rate of different professions,graduates of higher future employment,higher employment of women graduates were analyzed. The survey found that graduates of Hunan Higher employment is due to the country's economic restructuring,job growth in demand is not,the whole community to increase pressure on employment,and some students the concept of employment conservative and backward,not pragmatic.Graduates choosing not meet the needs of the community mentality,the concept of career professionals and market demand is the dislocation caused by the difficult job of the important reasons.Schools set up with the professional job market out of line,the building of course unreasonable,irrational model of culture,fostered by the overall quality of the graduates find it difficult to adapt the requirements of employers, seriously affecting the careers and employment.Hardware and software, teaching school building can not meet the higher requirements of personnel training,employers need to have practical experience,this is the employment of graduates of a divide.Employment is not clear constraints.Regional economic structure is irrational,contradictory employment increased,and so on.Impact of Hunan Vocational College Graduate Employment of factors:institution-trained people's quality of the institution's geographical location,the institution of school funding,personnel training institutions,the structure of higher vocational colleges,career guidance The level of graduates of vocational careers concept,the demand for labor.We offer the following response:changes in employment concepts, to update the idea of higher vocational education.Employment-oriented, market-oriented professional settings.Nissan to build a positive learning platform for the realization of the depth of high school co-operation. Widen employment channels to ensure that graduates from higher vocational exits are not blocked.In the development of higher vocational education training quality standards,should be thinking of the system under the guidance of scientific concept of quality,comprehensive view of quality,quality system.Resources complement each other economically developed areas to learn the advanced experience.Change the concept of accurate positioning higher vocational colleges.To set up employment-oriented educational mechanism.Further deepen the educational reform,to strengthen the ability of students to practice the skills and vocational training;we must attach importance to moral education of the graduates,all-round promotion of quality education.
