Studies On The Current Situation And The Countermeasures On The Employment Issues Of Higher Vocational Education Graduates In Hunan Province

Higher vocational Education(HVE) has developed in high speed for these years, and it has become an important branch of Higher Education.The employment of HVE graduates is an eye-catching issue in the society, it is also a hot issue for edcation research.The research bases on Human Capital Theory and Hierarchy Theory of needs and focus on the some HVE institution and their job-hunting guiding centre. First we do some survey on the view of employment of the institution graduates and the guiding work situation, then we relate the need of HVE institution graduates in the international and national talent market, and analysis the situation and problem of the employment view situation and employment guiding situation.At last we put forward some measures in the current problem in the employment guiding situation.In Chapter â… , it presents the aims, significances, contents and metheds, then it discusses the tendency of the research.In Chapter â…¡, it introduces the concept of "Employment", its content, and its significances. Its sums up the forms of employment for the HVE institutions' graduates in China currently. Then it discusses the need of internationalized talents market on the HVE institutions graduates, and has a foresight on the employment situation.In Chapter â…¢, it analyzes the survey result of employment views some HVE institutions graduates and the current situation of employment guiding work of the HVE institutions in Hunan province. Then it integrates the statistic result of the questionnaire survey nit the statistic result of employment guiding state, so it raises some countermeasures on solving the problem in the employment guiding service in HVE institutions.In Chapter â…£, the research puts forward the countermeasures on the employment of Hunan HVE institutions graduates. Enlightening from some successful experieces of developed countries and considering of current situation in HVE institution, it raises "San Ye Guan" (New on major view on employment and view on profession), and total new view on career design which aim at guiding the employment view of the graduates.
