Investigation On Influencing Factors Of Graduate Employment In Shenyang Vocational College

The development of economic globalization and enterprise diversification, constant university enrollment expansion in China and a sharp rise in the number of graduates in recent years, the employment of graduates in colleges and universities environment has a great influence, for higher vocational colleges training presents new opportunities and challenges. As one of the important groups of graduates in colleges and universities, college graduates in higher vocational colleges has made great progress, but still facing the bigger employment pressure of profession, the present situation as a whole is very severe. At present how to enhance higher vocational college graduates employment, improve the employment rate is around the corner.In the popularization of higher education, college students’employment becomes difficult today, it is significant to strengthen the developing of higher vocational colleges, which is one of the goals of the transformation of university in our country. How to improve the job-hutting rate of students in higher vocational colleges is a significant problem which worth studying. First of all, this paper describes respectively from the economic and industrial structure, government policy, school education factors, the factors of the job market and graduates themselves and so on five aspects of higher vocational college graduates employment influence factors are analyzed in the theory part. Then this paper takes Liaoning financial vocational college as an example, the investigation about the present situation of higher vocational college graduates employment in Shenyang city, analyzed the current status of higher vocational college graduates facing the employment, and the factors which influence the employment of several main problems existing in the employment, and analyzes the deep cause of the problem. Based on the abundant social investigation and mastering the first-hand demonstrative materials, this paper illuminates the influencing factors for higher vocational colleges in Shenyang city with sufficient and detailed data. Doing a lot of social investigation, empirical material, on the basis of first-hand to fully detailed data to elucidate factors affecting higher vocational college graduates in Shenyang city, and in Zhejiang province, Tianjin city and Germany and the United States, for example, draw lessons from the successful experience of higher vocational education at home and abroad, respectively from the government’s regulation, the training and guidance of higher vocational colleges, the principles of employment of graduates and attitude Angle put forward three countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the vocational college graduates employment in Shenyang city.
