| Along with durative expanding in recruiting master graduates, the reform cultivation mechanism encircled charging fees as the main content has been implemented, which makes more and more necessary in financial aid of graduates.As a special group, master graduate has different characters from doctor and undergraduate, so the aid modes targeting at them should be different. However, present aid policy in our country doesn't distinguish with them either, which simply replants the aid policy of undergraduates and lacks special regulations. At the same time, there still exist some problems in present financial aid policy of graduates, such as insufficiency of aid, uniform in aid modes, singularities in fund sources, etc.As two typical countries of aid modes in the course of cultivation mechanism reform, Britain and America have been strengthening graduate aids from enhancing government control, exerting policy lead, ensuring with making laws, establishing special service organizations, constructing favorable aid environment and reforming cultivation mechanism of graduates, and the aid policy and measures are worth to use for reference.The thesis mainly uses the methods of literature research, comparative research and interview research. Firstly, the thesis thoroughly expounds the rationalities and necessities in financial aid of master graduates, introduces the histories and aid measures of graduate aid in Britain and America, concludes the otherness of aid among master graduates, doctor graduates and undergraduates, analyzes present aid policy of graduates in our country, and finds out aid actualities of master graduates in Huazhong University of Science and Technology which serves as one of experimental units of cost-sharing in graduate education. On these bases, the theses brings forward that our country should consolidate aid ideas, perfect aid modes, reform cultivation mechanism of graduates and carrying out matching measures, composing a new mode in financial aid of master graduates.
