Employment Of Graduates With Family Financial Difficulties In Xinjiang Colleges And Universities

College graduates with family economic difficulties are one of the employment difficulties among college graduates.Due to the influence of family economy,living environment,growth background and other factors,there is not only economic poverty in employment,but also economic poverty.There is also the phenomenon of psychological poverty.When they graduate to the society,the pressure of employment is increasing.This paper makes a large number of questionnaires on the graduates of Xinjiang University from 2017 to 2018.Through the analysis of the survey data,it is found that the present situation of employment of the graduates with family economic difficulties in Xinjiang and the existence of financial support,less ability training,economic,and so on.Mental dual poverty,emphasis on knowledge learning,less career rules There are many factors affecting the employment,including the influence of society,school,family and individual itself.This paper mainly analyzes the influence factors and thinks that the influence factors are affected.There are seven main factors,such as imperfect support system,incomplete psychological guidance system,poor career guidance system,high employment expectation,high employment pressure,lack of employment mechanism,economic difficulties and imperfect mechanism of selecting and employing people.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the problems,the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the employment of the graduates with family economic difficulties in Xinjiang: it is a continuous and circular system to promote the employment of the graduates with economic difficulties of the families in colleges and universities.We should improve the employment policy and environment,perfect the employment laws and regulations,perfect the employment entrepreneurship policy to enhance the employment security,perfect the employment support policy,improve the political and ideological quality,change the helping way,and carry out the comprehensive employment guidance.Pay attention to family education to strengthen the guidance to the graduates of family economic difficulties,improve their employability;through the preparation for employment,adjustemployment expectations,set up a sense of entrepreneurship Change the graduate's own employment idea,raise the employment enthusiasm.Through the research on the employment problem of the graduates with family economic difficulties in Xinjiang universities and colleges,it can arouse the attention of all walks of life to the employment of the graduates with family economic difficulties in Xinjiang,perfect the ways of helping them,and promote the healthy growth of the graduates with family economic difficulties.Thus raising the employment rate,driving the family out of poverty,to achieve the purpose of education poverty.
