ObjectivesIn this research, analyze the relationships between subjective well-being graduate level and personality questionnaire, ife quality and qualities of life conditions by exploring the status and characteristics of SWB among graduate students, nd illustrate the factors which affect the SWB in graduate students. Finally the report will end with the suggestions which based on findings.Methods1. Research Objects1.1Selecting760graduate students from Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing Tech Universityand Nanjing University of Science and Technology as samples to do the quantitative research.1.2Selecting20self-growth reports from graduate students to do the qualitative research.2. Research Methods2.1According to questionnaire survey, General Well-Being Schedule (GWB), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), Generic Quality of Life Lnventory-74(GQOLI-74) as research tools for exploring graduate studies.2.2Based on qualitative research methods,20self-growth analysis reports of graduate students are used to explore factors affecting SWB situation. Results(1) The average score of graduate students’SWB is72.50±11.97, which is a moderate level;(2) All of the general happiness from different postgraduates, quality of life and the differences of personality questionnaire have statistically significances (P<0.05-P<0.01);(3) In the categories of the overall well-being and quality of life differences of graduate students from different grades have statistically significances (P<0.05-<P0.01);(4) The personality traits of graduate students from different grades do nothave statistically significances (P>0.05);(5) All of the family happiness, quality of life and personality inventory of different postgraduates with different overall economic differences have statistically significances (P<0.05-P<0.01);(6) SWB and qualities of life of graduate students have significantly positively correlated (P<0.01), but SWB and personality traits are shown a significant negative correlation (P<0.01);(7) In thequality of life, material life, physical function, psychological function, social function dimensions are positively predicted to the subjective well-being (β=0.142,β=0.133,β=0.099,β=0.313), neurotic factors is negatively predict to subjective well-being in personality traits (β=-0.186).Conclusions(1) The subjective well-being (SWB) of graduate students shows in the middle level.(2) By researching the quality of graduate students’ life, girls are better than boys; students in Grade Two are better than Grade One and Three; students in liberal arts are better than in science, engineering, medical students.(3) In the760graduate students, the number of typically introvertis14(1.8%), typical extrovertis86(11.3%), intermediate is503(66.2%), introverted tendencies is41(5.4%), the tendency of outgoing is116(15.2%). Overall graduate basic personalities are in the stable state.(4) Quality of life, personality traits can bebetter predicted subjective well-being, which are the most important factors affecting graduate SWB.
