The construction of campus culture is mostly concerned in today's construction of the harmonious socialist society,and universities are able to influence the thinking of the general public as an important ideological and cultural position,among which exists a large number of informal groups(such as photographers,fellow council,book club, etc.),their existence and development as a part of the construction of campus culture are very important for the schools and building of the harmonious society.It is in this context that the author choose an informal group of college students—the martial arts team of Huazhong Normal University and carry out its analysis of the formation and development,first of all,the author cards the study on the outcome of the informal group,on the basis of which the author describes the concept type and characteristics of informal groups of college students;and then,the author discusses the relevant factors of the impact on the formation of the group from the macro aspect mainly including socio-cultural and employment situation,and micro aspect mainly including schools,families and college students own;next,using the Implicit Education Theory,the author analyses the dominant and hidden contents of the group as well as the significance for the individuals,schools and society from four aspects which are martial arts practice,interpersonal contact,group performance,matches and shows,on the basis of which the author quests for the developing way of the group,that is,if the martial arts team gives more prominence to and bases on the interests of school,its prospect will be more brilliant in the future development,because its rich implicit education forms and contents have great significances for the school,and it can bring tremendous benefits for the school;finally,the author summarizes its inspiration for other informal groups on campus through the analysis of the formation and development of the group,that is, informal groups on campus can fetch in relevant professional teachers as the central figure,build the "core business" and create common goals,the most important thing is that the groups must attach great importance to achieve the interests of the school,and only in this way,can they be able to achieve their development.
