Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Application Of College "Three Nets" In Strengthening The Construction Of Campus Culture

With the rise of campus cultural craze, people are paying more and more attention to the spreading of campus culture and appeal for that the research on the spreading laws of campus culture should be strengthened and that cultural transmitting media should play a big role. At present, some experts have made discussion and research on respective effect of college broadcasts, TV stations and nets to the construction of campus culture, but there is no ensemble research on the effect of "Three Nets". In this paper the author has explained the importance of strengthening the construction of campus culture, analyzed spreading characteristics forms of college "Three Nets" and their roles in the construction of campus culture. She has also probed into the problems in the application of college "Three Nets" in the construction of campus culture. Finally, the author has brought forward concrete Countermeasures to the problems. The main conclusions of the research are as follows.1. At present there exist the problems of college broadcasts' incomplete function location, the aging of facilities and the shock of campus TV stations and nets. For this reason, we should reconfirm the functions of college broadcasts, renew the facilities, carefully choose and optimize programs, make both teachers and students participate, positively link up with campus TV stations and nets so as to share campus culture resource.2. At the moment, college TV stations are facing with the problems of little and dull content of programs, the gap of producing level between the campus TV stations and professional TV stations, poor quality of videos and little times of broadcasting, even no signals in many college students' hostels. So college TV stations should raise the quality and style of programs, make the contents rich, raise producing level, improve quality of videos, broaden watching scopes, find more attractive programs in order to fascinate more viewers and set feedback channels for viewers' participation.3. Up till now, the negative influence of campus nets to the construction of college campus culture is as follows: Education control and influence of themes and channels have been sapped; mainstream values have lost their advantage positions; function of ideological and political education of campus culture has been relegated; ideological and political condition of education objections are at an all time complex. Therefore, the management system of campus culture should be established and improved that meets the requirement of net time; and improved the education of traditional culture should be strengthened in the construction of campus culture; the research and construction of net culture should be strengthened; and systematic culture and material culture should be constructed that suit net time. 4. Each of college "Three Nets" has its own advantage and disadvantage, merit and inadequacy, and each of them has the problems of management system, contingent construction and publicity effect, etc. Enlightening by the communication and integration of social media, the author thinks that only by making the best use of advantages and fighting shy of disadvantages, learning from each other's strong points, fighting in coordination, can college "Three Nets" exploit their advantages. The tactics of communication and integration of college "Three Nets" are to match each other at time, to supply deficiency in content, to accumulate their acceptors and to be promoted by policies of leadership. Finally, the foreground of college "Three Nets" that will have been communicated and integrated is forecasted in the paper.
