A project is on the premise of a set of unique and interrelated missions and people make efforts by effective use of resources to achieve a specific objective.The application of modern project administration ranges more and more widely and it can almost be applied to all fields.This dissertation is on the application and promotion of the thoughts and methods of project administration in the fields of higher vocational education.Taking the case of Zibo Vocational Institute's declaration to be one of the national exemplary higher vocational colleges,the dissertation discusses the application of the theory and method of project administration in designing and implementing the construction projects and demonstrates its necessity and feasibility.
